Responsibilities:
- Monitoring daily work order
- Collect report work order from technician and closing work order dispatch at system amdoc
- Monitoring CCTS inquiry from contact center
Requirements:
- Male 25 - 34 years old
- D3 – S1 from any major
- Preferably having minimum 1 years in same position
- Computer literate (MS. Office)
- Able to understand and speak english
Technical Support & Maintenance
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot any technical problem that can not be solved in Contact Center
- Visit customer house to solve the problem directly
Requirements:
- Male 25 - 35 years old
- D3 – S1 majoring in Engineering/Computer/Informatics
- Fresh Graduate, Preferably having minimum 1 years in same position
- Good in computer and networking knowledge
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to understand and speak english
