System Officer SDU Collection

Requirements:Technical requirements:

• A minimum of Undergraduate (S-1) degree majoring in Information Systems / Computer Science / Mathematics / Engineering from reputable university
• Candidate with Collections / Loans, Banking systems with at least 3-4 years experience in: ECS (or equivalent) and CACS (or equivalent) and Dialer (or equivalent)
• High interests in Management Reporting / MIS / database and planning
• Highly analytical with eyes and passion for details
• Hands-on knowledge with Visual Basic (VBA ok), MS Access, SQL / JAVA / C++ and SAS
• Experience in system analysis, coding and design, system testing, quality assurance, maintenance, change request, troubleshooting and documentation in medium to large size systems
• Have completed at least 2 (two) full-cycle implementation / upgrade of large scale system.
• Excellent project management skills.
• A good communication skill since the role requires communications and team-working with various parties.
• Have good analytical and logical skills along with the ability to work under stringent deadlines.
• Familiar with score-card and KPI concepts
• BSMR certification is a plus
• Excellent spreadsheet skills
• Good people skills
• Willing to think 'outside the box' and take extra responsibilities

Unified Sales Business Control Analyst / Investigator
(Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university.
• 3 - 4 years experience in field investigation and/or detection analysis.
• Have experiences in investigate, analyze, and develop a course of action to detect and prevent process lapses.
• Experience in internal audit and/or quality control investigation will be an added-value.

Corporate Relationship Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

• Develop new relationship with corporate clients to offer Citi benefit to their employees.
• Maintain relationship with existing corporate clients to increase Customer penetration in respective companies.
• Work with clients  to develop Road shows calendar for sales team.
• Work closely with Client/ Marketing team/ product team/ partners/ vendors to attract attendees for road shows.
• Work closely with sales team to generate higher CNR per customer.
• Work closely with sales team to acquire good quality of customers.
• Work closely with Marketing team/ Product team, to increase revenue from existing portfolio.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university.
• 3 – 4 years experience in corporate relationship management, preferably in banking industry.
• Good communication & negotiation skills and fluent in English.
• Experience in Corporate Banking will be an added-value.

Business Control Officer
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

• To ensure all Card Business Marketing Programs, Process & Activities comply with all prevailing policies, including regulatory.
• To ensure the process flow from both side sales and operation are comply with Citibank Standard  Policy & Procedure.
• To ensure products / programs process to avoid complaint.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university.
• Has min. 2 years experiences as Auditor or Compliance Officer, preferably in banking or insurance industry.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Fluent in English and good communication skill.

Strategic Merchant Development Officer
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

• Monitor overall System Infrastructures for all area where Citibank merchant business is operating to ensure 24 hours continuity of business.
• Implement NAC (Network Access Controller) and EDC (Electronic Data Capture) analytical system to ensure the continuity of the system and problem resolution. To meet Citibank standard EDC response time requirements.
• Work with related units/parties within Citibank and outside parties in maintaining end to end System Infrastructures.
• Work with Citibank Regional Technology and TI for System Development
• Ensure that Citibank merchant business system infrastructures comply with Regulator and Association (Visa/Mastercard, PCI DSS, AKKI, etc.).
• Coordinate with other units within Citibank in NAC infrastructures and EDC system development that meets Citibank capacity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree – from Computer or IT background.
• Fluent in English, and good communication skills.
• 1 – 2 years sales experience in corporate channel. Candidates with IT background in banking are are preferable.
• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
• Familiar with EDC system and NAC.
