University recruitment is considered one of the most effective methods for recruiting recent graduates for ConocoPhillips Indonesia acceleration programs, namely Business Apprentice and Petro Tech Apprentice.
About the Programs
The Apprentice Programs are ConocoPhillips Indonesia development acceleration programs for university fresh graduates with petro technical/business background. You will participate in an intensive development program for 2-3 years that will sharpen your technical and soft skills to prepare you to become the globally competitive ConocoPhillips employees. The programs include on the job training, classroom training, and practical experience, coaching and mentoring by experienced personnel. Upon successful completion of the programs, you will become employees of ConocoPhillips Indonesia and will also have future opportunities in other business units of ConocoPhillips globally.
The Business Apprentice program was designed to develop consistently exceptional performers who have the potential to become future leaders in non-technical areas.
The Petro Tech Apprentice program was designed to accelerate the expertise of recent graduate engineers and geoscientists within 2-3 years.
In May-June 2011, ConocoPhillips Indonesia will be holding campus presentations and recruitment tests at universities in three big cities in Indonesia - Bandung, Yogyakarta, and Jakarta. PETROTECH APPRENTICE
- Fresh graduates (bachelor/master degree), or those with maximum of 2 years relevant working experience.
- Majoring in engineering (chemical, civil, electrical, mechanical, and petroleum).
- Fluent in English (oral and writing).
- Highly motivated, strong analytical skill and problem solving capabilities.
- Minimum GPA of 3.25 of 4.00 scales or 81.25 of 100 scales.
BUSINESS APPRENTICE
- Fresh graduates (bachelor/master degree), or those with maximum 2 year relevant working experience.
- Majoring in accounting, industrial engineering, computer science/engineering, geology and geophysics.
- Fluent in English (oral and writing).
- Highly motivated, strong analytical skill and problem solving capabilities.
- Minimum GPA of 3.30 of 4.00 scales or 82.5 of 100 scales.
