Legal Executive
Responsibilities:
- Serves as the in-house legal counsel and provides legal advice to management and others regarding proposals or anticipated actions.
- Prepares legal documents, drafts of contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, insurance, employment and related matters
- Drafts, reviews, and interprets contracts and other documentation affecting various areas of the business
- Performs routine legal research, and compiles data from such references as digest, encyclopedias, practice manuals or other sources
- Maintains the file systems for annual meetings and drafts documents for such meetings, including notices, proxies, affidavits of mailing, agendas, ballots, shareholders, commissione rs, top management’s minutes and related memoranda.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of corporate policies and procedures, Indonesia and foreign corporate laws, rules and regulations.Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- Min. 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Experience in well known law firm would be an advantage.

IT Security and Compliance Manager
Responsibilities:
- Act as manager of a security team delivering BAU security operations, including ID Management team.
- The function has responsibility across incident, vulnerability, and patch management. This reporting will be used in auditing processes to ensure ongoing compliance to standards
- Evaluate existing information security plan, propose policy, procedure or standards changes.
- Develop, Implement, Maintain and Oversee enforcement policies, procedures and associated plans for all system and information security requirements based upon industry best practices.
- Manage the administration of all computer security systems and their corresponding software such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, cryptography systems and anti-virus software. In conjunction with the office facilities administrator to manage the administration of the Company's office and data facility security systems and associated software/hardware and access control; security guards, fire alarms, locks, intruder detection systems and anti-theft measures.
- To perform and/or oversee penetration testing of all systems to identify system vulnerabilities. Monitor server logs, firewall logs, intrusion detection logs, network traffic for unusual activity and to interpret activity and make recommendations for resolution.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Min 5 years of working experience in in system or network administration with a security focus or other related field.
- Extensive background in security service delivery and compliance.
- Familiar with working in an environment subject to standardised processes, e.g. PCI, COBIT, COSO, ITIL.
- Preferable with Security focused certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, CGEIT, etc.)
- Areas of expertise should include at least some of the following: access control software, security architecture and administration, Internet use/firewalls, network security awareness and enforcement, security policies and standards, operating systems.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
Collaboration & Appliance Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the Messaging, Collaboration, and appliance within IT Infrastructure Operation Division. This organization supports all company and customers employees and contractors that use Electronic Mail and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Exchange, Blackberry, instant messaging, SMTP Mail, and Microsoft Active Directory (LDAP).
- Provides level 2 support leading the configuration, management and troubleshooting of central services and remote e-mail access using Outlook, Outlook Web Access (OWA), Microsoft (MS) ActiveSync, Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) and for all MS Exchange related requests/incidents.
- Interfacing with other related internal support groups; and performing other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
- Develop, implement and manage the policies and procedures as well as the documentation, configuration management, backup, business continuity planning and disaster recovery planning of the collaboration environment.
- Ensures Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded; ensures that staff maintains, trains, and creates new procedures to continually improve operations and remain in compliance.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology/Information Systems or equivalent.
- Min 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Preferably Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
- Able to demonstrate experience with enterprise messaging, collaboration, and transaction tools,
- Advanced competencies in respect of MicrosoftExchange , BES, Instant messaging and sharepoint.
- The ability to plan, design, deploy,integrate and operate directory services like Active Directory

Helpdesk Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to system users;
- Receives and answers, within well-established guidelines, call center questions and complaints;
- Answer users' inquiries regarding software and hardware operation to resolve problems;
- Dispatches service request on a day-to-day basis and escalate problems to 2nd level trouble shooters;
- Maintain record of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial action taken.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S-1) in any discipline, preferably in Information System / Computer Science or other related area.
- Minimum GPA 3,00.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Age not older than 28 years old on August 1, 2011.
- Willing to work in a shift working schedule.
