NATIONAL CHANNEL SALES MANAGER (NCSM)
(Jakarta Raya - Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible and manage the whole Channel Sales team in Indonesia.
  • Developing channel and penetrating into market.
  • Build high value dealer relationship by provide training, value information.
  • Creating and implementing dealer sales promotion program.
  • Surveying price, promotion and channel map of IT industries.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Doctorate, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication),Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s):Chinese, English
  • Preferably Senior Management/General Manager/CEO/VP/Directors specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
  • Has experience in IT field and channel development.
  • Age : 35-45 years old.

  • S1 Graduated, majoring in Information Technology specialization.

SERVICE CENTER SUPERVISOR (SCS)
(Surabaya)
Responsibilities:

  • Handle ASUS service center on the assigned region
  • Support service partner on surrounding area when necessary
  • Lead and coach a group of customer service, engineer, and logistic team
  • Solve any critical customer problem and complain
  • Responsible for service operation and management on the assigned region
Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree (S1) Graduated, with min. GPA 3.0 of 4.0, majoring in Information Technology (Computer Engineering), Electrical Engineering or Electronics specialization.
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skill and customer satisfaction oriented attitude.
  • Basic knowledge in computer hardware/software.
  • Good leadership skill and ability to lead a small team.
  • Experience min 1 years as Customer Service Supervisor or Senior Engineer.

PRODUCT MARKETING (PM)
(Jakarta Raya - Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara)
Responsibilities:

  • Budget planning Quarterly.
  • Budget & Cost control weekly.
  • Ownership of SPOR, MPOR process from application to case closed.
  • SPOR & MPOR application.
  • SPOR & MPOR approval process follow up.
  • SPOR & MPOR remind related team for the reports.
  • SPOR & MPOR payment process follow up.
  • Ownership of Product marketing strategy (Integrated marketing communication).

Sales kits:

  • Adapt version from HQ and localize the product spec, spec sheet,
  • data sheet into Product guide, TIS, Flyers, etc.
  • Upload to AA site (CPM must check and approved the content before
  • upload, and email to all channel sales).
  • Ownership of Tech in style and Product Guide process for on time delivery in the market.
  • Coordinate related team to make sure as SOP and ontime.
  • Coordinate with printing and shipment company to make sure product guide will be ontime delivery.
  • Coordinate with Channel marketing for marketing materials
  • preparation (POSM, fliers, etc) and ontime distribution in the market.
  • Website information update and price list in 
  • Prepare monthly marketing news to dealers - products and news.
  • Ownership of the main message (brand) for e-marketing.
  • Vendor relations (Intel, Microsoft, AMD, etc) and funding process.
  • Events involvement.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Computer Science/Information Technology, with min. GPA 3.0 of 4.0.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs with at least 3 year(s) of working experiences in related field.
  • Excellent in English both verbal & written.
  • Chinese language capability is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to existing company's to promote our products and programs.
  • Building relationships with customers to build rapport for repeat business.
  • Following up on lapsed customers and call existing ones to check their satisfaction with the service and products.
  • Campaign Promotional follow-ups.
  • Some admin work.

Requirements:

  • Applicant must possess at least Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Telemarketing (Information Technology industry will be an advantage).
  • Must be able to create and maintain good relationship, patient and tough.
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel & Power Point).
  • Have some IT knowledge. MS office package, particularly spreadsheets.
  • Experience in dealing with customers and rapport building.
  • Understand English both verbal & written.
  • Understand Chinese will be an advantage.
  • Information Technology Hardware knowledge will be an advantage.

Channel Sales for Semarang (CSS)
(Jawa Tengah - Semarang)
Responsibilities:

  • Developing new dealers and maintaining existing dealer base by increasing sell-out quantity in assigned territory
  • Building high value dealer relationship by providing training and value information in assigned territory
  • Handling dealer requests, enquiries, meeting, complaints, and all sorts of samples in assigned territory
  • Implementing dealer sales promotion program in assigned territory
  • Surveying price, promotion and channel map of Information Technology industries in assigned territory


Requirements:

  • Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor Degree in any Information Technology related study from reputable university.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience is required.
