Indonesia Epson Industry (furthermore IEI), is a leading and huge printer manufacturing company in EJIP Industrial Park, Cikarang Selatan,Bekasi.

In general, we produce two kinds of Epson printers: Ink-Jet dan SIDM (Serial Impact Dot Matrix) Printers, with its various models. Our production capacity is more than 1 million printers in a month ; most of all are for export market.  During peak season more than 10,000 employees work in this factory.

LFP TS Engineer Staff (LTS)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Technical onsite support, hands on customer service and LFP technical support, customer service report, onsite support

Requirements:

  • Male
  • Age between 24-30 years old
  • Hold min S1 degree majoring in IT/Computer Science
  • Having min 1 year as customer service/technical support
  • Having experience at digital printing/color management will be advantage
  • Strong analytical skill, willing to work under pressure and customer oriented, adobe advance skill.


LFP Sales Engineer Staff (LSS)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Developing and operating daily sales of Epson Large Format Printer, product training, demonstration, market analysis, managing/maintaining customer relationship and sales activities to achieve target

Requirements:
  • Male
  • Age between 23-28 years old
  • Hold min S1 degree majoring IT/Computer Science
  • Having min 1 year experience in IT sales/marketing


Pre-Sales Staff (PSS)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • SI/end user direct approach/visit, new product launch/support, pre-sales training, market technology analysis.

Requirements:

  • Male preferable
  • Age between 22 - 25 years old
  • Hold min S1 degree preferably majoring in IT/Engineering/Electrical Engineer/Computer Science
  • Well knowledge of Visual Basic, C++, Java or Delphi programming language, operating system (Windows, Linux, Unix), TCP/IP networking
  • Well knowledge of troubleshooting in computer system application and peripheral
  • Excellent business communication and presentation skills
  • Self starter, target oriented, and willing to travel.


Sales Engineer Staff (SE)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Customers/partners engagement, product training, presentation, demonstration, market analysis, managing/maintaining customer relationship and sales activities to achieve target

Requirements:

  • Male preferable, fresh graduates (experienced preferably)
  • Age between 22 - 26 years old
  • Hold min S1 degree preferably majoring in IT/Engineering/Electrical Engineer/Computer Science
  • Well knowledge of Visual Basic or Delphi programming language, operating system (Windows/Linux/Unix), TCP/IP networking
  • Well knowledge of troubleshooting in computer system application and peripheral
  • Good communication and presentation skills, high initiative, target oriented, ambitious, willing to travel.


Branch Head - Surabaya (BHS)
(Jawa Timur - Surabaya)
Responsibilities:

  • Sales reporting to Dept. Head Manager, managing the branch for achieving sales target and profit, manage number of customers under his/her territory and maintain good relationship with channels and partners, involve in product market improvement and development (STP), analyze sales data for formulation global marketing plans and strategies, systematically identify, analyze and perform risk assessment through financial analyze and internal auditing.

Requirements:

  • Male/Female
  • Age between 30-35 years old
  • HOld min S1 degree in any major
  • Having experience in sales/product management min 3 years
  • Excellent presentation and management skill
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Domicile in each area stated above (Surabaya)
  • Willing to travel.


IFRS/JSOX/Internal Control Staff (JSOX)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Preparing/reviewing IFRS & JSOX implementation, reviewing company rule & regulation, handling internal/external audit, company assets management, general accounting

Requirements:

  • Male/Female
  • Age between 24-28 years old
  • Hold min S1 degree majoring in Accounting
  • Having 3-7 years experiences
  • Well knowledge of MS. Office.


General Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of English and Bahasa, independent, good team work, good interpersonal, communication skills, high integrity, min GPA 3.00, computer literate esp. MS. Office, able to work under pressure to achieve goal.
