GEMS production capacity is near 10 million tons in 2011, with actual production in previous years at around 3 million tons. GEMS coal is mainly 4200 kcal/kg (GAR), 4800 kcal/kg (GAR) and 5300 kcal/kg (GAR). Current export markets are to China, India, Thailand, Vietnam and Bangladesh. Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) with major in Psychology
- GPA above 3.0 (on a scale of 4)
- Having minminum 2 years experience as Recruitment Officer
- Preferably candidate with more than 1 year experience in coal mining industry
- Good understanding with HR matters is an advantage

Engineering Marketing Supervisor

Requirements:
- Minimum S1 Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university
- Minimum 3 Years Experience in road infrastructure, bridge, port, monitoring contractor, etc
- Have experience in Construction and hauling road maintenance will be advantage
- Have “Keahlian Pelaksana Jalan “ certificate is prefered

Responsibilities:
- To provide the coal quality and processing plan which guides the mining operation in alignment with the clients coal requirements.
Requirements:

- Minimum 2‐3 year experience in a similar role at coal projects as Coal Quality Control
- Knowledge and understanding of clients, consultants, suppliers & subcontractors

Geologist

Requirements:
- Male, Min. S1 Geology from reputable university.
- 1 - 3 Years experience as geologist.
- Having a Good Knowledge & able to use geological software, is a must.
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision

Housing Facilities & Maintenance Section Head
(Jambi)
Responsibilities:
- Designing an integrated system for building maintenance
- Create requirements for construction / purchase of mechanical and electrical equipment
- Planning the construction, reconditioning and repair utilities and infrastructure building
- Evaluate user requests and make a pre-design and design and cost estimates
- Monitor the implementation of aspects of quality development and administrative processes to fit with company regulations applicable
- Conducting surveys of quality and quantity to the site
Requirements:
- Male, Min. S1 Civil Engineering Department / Building Architect
- Experience min. 4 Year in her field
- Mastering the techniques of building design and cost analysis techniques

Port & Stockpile Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Manage all port activities consist of: weight bridges, stockpiling, crushing, loading, barging, thanshipment, and quality assurance.
- Monitoring all operation documentations.
- To ensure the harmony and good cooperation between the company, Agent And the port terminal Operator.
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 Degree in Maritime Studies or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experienced in the management of the coal stockpile, coal crushing and loading.
- Having a good knowledge, negotiation skill, and leadership.

Trading Export Document Staff

Responsibilities:

- Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power).
