Responsibilities:
- Corporate legal & license administration.
- Company restructuring.
- Familiar & has in-depth knowledge in analyzing law requirements & commercial aspects, drafting legal documents. providing legal advices upon legal disputes settlement as well as indonesian legal system with its substance.
- Having good networking with lawyers, notaries as well as Government Officials would be an advantage.
- Posses strong communication skills, follow through action & decision with sense of urgency, punctuality and ready to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets with sudden changes environment.
- Meticulous with an aptitude for figures and able to multitask effectively.
Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- To plan purchasing activities.
- Resource & Analyze Vendor Service.
- Vendor Review & Evaluation such as coordinate technical group meeting with user to review specifications data sheets, calculation and drawings.
- Negotiate, Monitor Goods Receipt & Payment Process such as conduct negotiation on price, term of payment, delivery time, customization and scope of work.
- Monitor Vendor fulfillment by actively monitor Vendor preparation, manufacturing / supply / work perform, as well as monitor progress, conformity with drawing/spec, quality & schedule. Monitor acceptance received, shop test , site test and commissioning.
- Evolve and compile SOP & WIN
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic).
