PORTFOLIO ANALYST
Job Responsibility:
- Create analysis portfolio including trends
- On regular basis create analysis on sales performance and discuss with other related party to improve sales performance
- Analyze the trend on aspects other than sales such as persistency, claim, and expenses and work closely with actuarial dept.
- Give input to sales, product development, RM and management if necessary related to increase the value of customer
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Statistics/ Mathematics/Computer Science. Master Degree is preferable.
- Strong professional experience related to his/her educational background
- Professional background in analytic areas (CRM, Credit Scoring, Risk Management)
- Familiar with statistical programming (SAS, SPSS, Minitab, etc)
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Able to speak and write in English confidently
- Good in communication and presentation
- Good analytical thinking
- High motivation and good initiative
