Training and Recruitment Specialist
Based : Hindoli Sungai Lilin, South Sumatra
Responsibilities:

  • As deputy of  Sr. HR Manager in Hindoli mainly focus on  HR work processes : (1) Training and (2) Recruitment, (3) Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and  ensure successful operation and improvement of site operation.


Requirements :

  • B.A. degree with 5+ years professional human resources experience, mainly in Training and Recruitment
  • Ability to effectively create and tailor written communication to inform, persuade, influence or recognize employees and managers at various levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated passion for engagement and willingness to challenge the status quo and champion change.
  • Strong customer focus and service orientation.
  • Strong interest in using and analyzing data to identify and communicate trends and progress. Working knowledge of Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Previous work experience in a Oil Palm Plantation.





Procurement Manager
Based : Jakarta Indonesia
Responsibilities :

  • Ensure strategies are in place for spend that is unique to businesses supported by Indonesia Procurement Manager.
  • Maintain strong linkage to Business functional and key stakeholders to understand commercial and sourcing strategies and how to influence the overall Business and Regional strategic sourcing strategies.
  • Facilitate implementation and execution of business and regional category strategies at the local level.
  • Maintain strong linkage to BU embedded sourcing/procurement team by mentoring them to deliver the agreed service levels with the BU leadership
  • Engage with key business stakeholders to ensure Strategic Sourcing is involved in key business discussions
  • Participate in business planning sessions to thoroughly understand BU requirements & sourcing support needs
  • Provide BU SS team members input for regional category strategies.
  • Facilitate implementation and execution of business and regional category strategies at the local business level.
  • Develop and execute category strategies with the sub-region team for those categories aligned with "local" sourcing responsibility
  • Manage designated supplier relationships
  • Functional reporting of all BU embedded sourcing/procurement staff.
  • Sourcing team management
  • Coordinate with Indonesia BU Strategic Sourcing Manager to ensure resource capacity and priority alignment
  • Develop Business SS Team plan to align resources, category strategies and efforts to meet regional sourcing and business objectives
  • Set and communicate priorities for all Indonesia business embedded sourcing/procurement teams
  • Provide overall mentoring, guidance and category expertise to all Indonesia business embedded sourcing/procurement teams

Requirement:

  • 6+  years business experience, with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience to the position.
  • 4 year degree in business, supply chain, procurement, or related degree program
  • Strong interpersonal skills & ability to:
  • Engage, communicate & influence senior stakeholders (internal & external)
  • Establish trust & credibility with BU leaders & other functional stakeholder
  • Effectively lead & manage teams
  • Knowledge of Cargill and BU-specific business environment and requirements
  • Strong category experience and general supply chain background
  • Project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work with suppliers and drive mutually beneficial solutions
  • Results oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve significant results through leading others
  • Specific knowledge of businesses represented by the BU SS team.
