MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT-2011)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Will be trained and developed to meet Schneider's qualification. Might be rotated to different role/ function/ location when necessary. Good technical competencies and commercially conversant to grow the business.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Bachelor degree (S1) Electrical Engineering (preferable in Power)
  • Male/Female, with maximum age 24 years old.
  • Minimum GPA 3.00
  • High motivated to grow with World Class team
  • Shows good potential in Leadership
  • Proficient in English, verbal and written.
  • Computer literate (Windows applications).
  • To sign and respect the 3 years bond agreement.


FINAL CONTROL & TESTING ENGINEER
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • To perform final testing or routine test upon finished goods on MV & L inspection activities in-line with related Quality Plan
  • To perform inspection prior to shipping to ensure the completeness MV & LV products.
  • To perform special task assigned by direct superior related to QC job.
  • To perform final check & FAT activities related of production schedule (MPS) target
  • To perform make coordination with other department and internal team related project or schedule
  • To perform make report and monitoring schedule related project progress
  • To perform Trouble shooting, Analysis, Root cause & take corrective action, and reported
  • To perform revision on existing quality control procedure or make new procedure related inspection process or new norm (standard)


PURPOSE:

  • To issue Routine Test report for finished goods in-line with the respected quality plan & to decide "accept" or "reject for correction" upon the finished goods.
  • To remark the "for construction" drawing to be proposed for "as manufacture" drawing.
  • To issue report regarding agreed deviation prior to shipping.
  • To do factory acceptance test (FAT) with customer (if necessary).

Requirements:
Education/Experience:

  • D3 or Bachelor Engineer (Electrical) / Experience in 4 - 8 years
  • Excellence in client relations and communication
  • English Fluent


Specific managerial :

  • Good Leadership
  • Can do make coordination with other dept and internal team.
  • Can do make report and monitoring schedule related project progress.
  • Can do Trouble shooting, Analysis, Root cause & reports


Specific Knowledge:

  • Good knowledge of electrical component & understand read specification, electrical drawing.
  • Good understand the philosophy of switchgear related with norms (IEC).
  • Good Understand about relay protection schema (setting, operation, simulation schema).
  • Ability to make recommendation for as manufacture drawing.
  • Good Understand make report related testing method.
