Corporate Tax Manager
The key responsibilities include:
- Calculate the corporate tax (CITR)
- Prepare all the supporting working papers and attachments of CITR as required by tax laws (i.e. nominative list, reconciliation, etc)
- Prepare and doing an analyst for corporate tax projection
- Identify potential tax exposure, minimize the tax risks, and maximize the use of any tax facilities
- Prepare any response letters to tax authority in relation to its queries on corporate tax issues
- Understanding and keep updating with the Indonesia tax regulations
- Prepare and review all the tax supporting documents & working papers for tax audit/ tax disputes case
- Assisting and supporting Tax Manager in handling tax audit/ tax dispute process
- Provide all supporting documents accurate and timely to the tax authority
- Ensure all the tax documents and its supporting documents are well documented
- Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity
- Manage subordinates and develop capability through setting and reviewing subordinates’ performance target, regular coaching and ensuring implementation of Individual Development Plan (IDP)
- Prepare, monitor, control the annual department budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the Business Plan
- Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed. Ensure that hazard management including identification, assessment and control are undertaken
Accountable for the said imperative functions, ideally you should have the following qualification:
- Holding a minimum of Bachelor degree in Economic or Business Administration area (preferably major in accounting or fiscal)
- Having a minimum of 5 years working experience in Public Accountant after completing University or at least 7 years experience in a senior financial role
- Extremely detail-oriented, precise and meticulous when preparing tax returns and other tax documentation. Strong mathematical and analytical skills and should have experience working with financial accounting and reporting standards (PSAK).
- Technical Competencies required:
- Brevet C at least
- Good in Financial Accounting
- Knowledge of business application, such as Oracle or SAP
BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE AND COLLABORATION ANALYST (BIC-NO)
As a Business Intelligence and Collaboration Analyst you will be responsible to :
- Deliver the innovative business intelligence solution across CCAI application portfolio of Enterprise Business Intelligence, Business Performance Management for Company Business Intelligence framework.
- Project management experience for development of business intelligence system, including: accessibility, performance, and usability analysis. Candidate should have the capacity to develop a clear understanding of the business needs and translate them into relevant functional Specification document.
- Coordinating business intelligence system architecture design
- Developing and endorsing the standard & protocols for business intelligence system
- Analyzing & reviewing the utilization of business intelligence deployed solution,and develop alternatives of business recommendation for improvement
- Assisting to review the technology innovation to improve deployed solutions such as : system upgrade, new technology review/adoption
- Conducting end users education
Accountable for the said imperative functions, ideally you should have the following qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor degree qualified in an appropriate field, preferable from Computer related major from well-known University with minimum GPA 3.2
- At least have minimum 4 years working experiences in related to Business Intelligence, BPM & business portal solution in a large-scale DWH/BI systems
- Have experienced and hands on in Business Intelligence Applications and Architecture, online analytical processing (OLAP) database design and multidimensional cube construction, including data warehouse analysis, concepts , techniques, and modeling.
- Have knowledge in Hyperion, SAP Business Objects , PerformancePoint, Oracle database.
- Demonstrates excellent capability in dealing with users and analyzing business information requirements to translate requirements into functional Specification Requirements documents including the prototyping and scenario for testing.
- Proficient of project management methodology
- Fast learner, self driven personality, ability to work in a team and individual, willingness to work hard and able to work under pressure
- Strong analytical skill , problem solving, interpersonal skill and ability to conduct research
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bahasa and English are a must.
