Responsibility:
- Provide guidance/advice on operating procedures to all customer groups, of new products, new/revised procedures to be complied with Group and Regulatory
- Manage operational risks and increase business' awareness on Ops Risk, through identification, assessment, mitigation and control,
- Pro-active management of operations to improve the Bank's operational risks and controls
- Coordinate, review and challenge business' responses to internal/external/regulatory audit recommendations
- Review proposition on empowerment or increased efficiency; and dispensation request.
Requirements:
- Has a vast banking operation knowledge with minimum 2-3 years experience
- Familiar with banking operational risks
- Good analytical and logical thinking (background as an banking auditor is preferable)
- Sound communications, interpersonal skills and influencing skills
- Experience in Public Accountant (big 4) is an advantage
