Responsibility:

• Provide guidance/advice on operating procedures to all customer groups, of new products, new/revised procedures to be complied with Group and Regulatory
• Manage operational risks and increase business' awareness on Ops Risk, through identification, assessment, mitigation and control,
• Pro-active management of operations to improve the Bank's operational risks and controls
• Coordinate, review and challenge business' responses to internal/external/regulatory audit recommendations
• Review proposition on empowerment or increased efficiency; and dispensation request.

Requirements:

• Has a vast banking operation knowledge with minimum 2-3 years experience
• Familiar with banking operational risks
• Good analytical and logical thinking (background as an banking auditor is preferable)
• Sound communications, interpersonal skills and influencing skills
• Experience in Public Accountant (big 4) is an advantage
