The Company operates six concession areas. Five are located in East Kalimantan province while one is in the border of East Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan province. The total concession area of the Company is 87,565 hectares.

As of December 31 December 2009, it is estimated the total coal resource of the Company is 1,650 million tons, while the total reserves 294 million tons.

PT Trubaindo Coal Mining’s concession area of 23,650 hectares with reserves and resources of sub-bituminous coal in two blocks: the North Block and newly opened South Block in the ampunt of 78.27 mt and 296.50 mt, respectively, at the end of 2009. The sub-bituminous coal has calorific value ranging from 6,500 to 7,300 kcal/kg and sulfur content of 0.8-1.4%. The coal is trucked north from mine stockyard 38 kilometres to the Bunyut Barge loader on the Mahakam River, and is barged to the BoCT or directly to market. Production in 2009 was 5.2 mt up from 4.5 mt in 2008.

With the recent opening of the South Block and development of PT Bharinto Ekatama’s project, the major infrastructure projects involve the construction of a hauling road, bridge and a washing plant usable by both mines.

1. Dep. Head Mine Plan Engineer (Code : MP)
• S1 degree in mining major
• Having min 7 years experiences in mine planning
• Provide yearly and quarterly plan
• Ensure production capacity in term of long term production
• Develop and maintain mine planning procedure.
• willing to work in remote area

2. Sec. Chief Mine Pit Service (Code : CMP)
• S1 degree mining, geology
• Having min 4 years experiences in mine pit service
• Supervise Mine contractor activities, Ensure all mine activity run follow good mine practice accord with SOP
• Well understanding about regulation / license for using explosive
• Understanding of business processes Mine Operations Department.
• Willing to work in remote area

3. Senior Geotech (Code : SGT)
• S1 Degree in Geology Engineering
• Having experience min 4 year
• Having depth knowledge about geological modeling
• Having deep knowledge about reviewing geological data

4. Senior Mine Engineering (Code : SME)
• S1 Degree in Mine Engineering
• Min. 5 years experiences in Mine Planning
• For Mine Planning experience in long term mine planning, mining engineering support, mining engineering project study/evaluation project and familiar with mining software (Minescape, Vulcan, Surpac, Minex)

5. Senior Geologist (Code : SGO)
• S1 Degree in Geology Engineering
• Min 7 years experiences in long term geological modeling, geological technical services, and operation supports

6. Head of Coal Technical Development (Code : HCTD)
• Bachelor Degree in Geology, Mine Engineering.
• Min. 15 years experiences in coal mining
• Having Knowledge Geology in Coal Industry or
• Having Knowledge Geotechnical
• Having Network in Coal Industry
• Having knowledge Human resource development and financial is advantage

7. IT Operation Support (IO)
• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
• More than 3 year experience in IT
• Age not more than 35 year
• Maintain hardware and software standards
• Ensure all installation software on PC’s have a valid licenses
• Provide backup important data
• Analysis and forecast every kind of problem
• Provide all support

8. IT Infrastructure Security (IS)
• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
• More than 4 year experience as network development
• Have experience as Infrastructure network and security, CCNA, inventory, asset management
• Could manage time management, project planning and organizational skill for small team
• Have a good skill in network
• Deep knowledge on CCNA and Linux
• Actively participate and govern in application and infrastructure fleet management system configuration, master data fleet management system and application information security management
• Actively participate in fleet management system network
• Accountable for network security sustainable program after the implementation phase e.g. CCNA and network configuration, system extension, etc

9. IT Administrator – System & Database (IA)
• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
• More than 4 year experience in a relevant work
• Architecture design and system domain management implementation
• Security setting and SOP of all servers
• Responsible to comply any adjustment required by Audit Concern that suitable with IT best practice
• Support any ITs project that require infrastructure expertise and knowledge
• Implement QSE program
• Develop knowledge and skill
• Implement management tools employed by company

10. Sales Compliance (Code : SC)
• Bachelor Degree in any major, more prefer female
• Having 1 – 2 year experience in sales & marketing, has experience in coal sales contract is advantage
• Communicate or coordinate with M,S&L planner on the blending plan
• Communicate or coordinate with quality management team regarding with quality of blending specification
• Communicate or coordinate with government relation team for submitting the blending plan in order to get the blending permit approval from government
• Communicate or coordinate with Legal Dept for reviewing the sales contract
• Supporting Sales Compliance for reporting relevant compliance matter in accordance with government regulation
• Establish database for audit report
