SALES EXECUTIVE KEY ACCOUNT
Brief Description:
• Sales Executive Key Account (SEKA) main roles and responsibilities is managing business relationship with key customers (major retailers) and it is a part of sales division. In a brief, a SEKA should be able to manage various aspects related to customer management such as sales performance, working capital, return on investment, field sales force development, distributor management, and many other related aspects. Flexibility is important since a SEKA should be ready to be placed at anywhere including outside Java, and furthermore a SEKA should have both strong strategic thinking as well as strong in field sales execution. Fluent in English is very important as well as presentation skill since some SEKA should manage international customers. Strong leadership and drive style also crucial since a SEKA
should lead a group of front liner.
Specific Requirements:
• 2009/2010 Graduates with GPA 3.00
• Fluent English
• Having Organizational background or Extracurricular activities
