- Perform review & analysis of legal documents and provide feedback that support strategic legal decision process
- Negotiating term and condition to achieve the best standards for company and its subsidiaries Make the provision of legal documents to maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the course of corporate activities
The right candidate should:
- S1 from reputable university
- Strong academic background from Law
- GPA min. 3.00
- Max. 30 years old
- Min 4 years experience as Legal Analyst
- Having advanced legal knowledge and its implementation
- Energetic and drive for result
- Proficient in English
FUTURE LEADER PROGRAM (G4)
Responsibilities:
- You will get a comprehensive training for about 6 months which consists of combination of in class & on the job training. The program is designed to develop trainee as management associate by providing knowledge and direct practice on our core business.
The right candidate should:
- Bachelor degree / Master degree from reputable university
- GPA min 2.75 & 3.25 (S2)
- Max. 27 years old
- Fresh graduates or max. 2 years experience
- Strong academic background from any disciplines
- Energetic, having business sense, and drive for result
- Proven leadership & interpersonal skill in extracurricular activities
- Good communication skill
- Good command in English
- Willing to be located throughout Indonesia
