Business Development Executive / Distributor Relation Officer , Code : DRO ( Based in Jakarta )
Responsibility :
- For successful business of all products under the brand of OSRAM for the region of DKI and West Java market through distributor.
- Sales planning & strategy, monitoring, evaluation and analyze of sales, distribution and trade marketing activities.
- Product supply, distribution and all trade promotion.
Qualification :
- Degree in Economic, Electrical or other subject related.
- Having a minimum of 2 years experiences in Sales Marketing (FMCG or Industrial Marketing).
- Excellent in computer tools such Ms. Office and having SAP would be advantage.
- Able to communicate in English (oral and written).
- Result and process oriented. Good leadership, communication, negotiation and sales analytical skills.
Logistic Supervisor ( Code : LS ) based in Tangerang
Responsibility : for planning and procurement of merchandise (finished goods) to support domestic sales, maintaining Inventory level in target level, monitoring domestic warehouse and distribution.
Qualification :
- Degree in Management or Engineering.
- Having a minimum of 3 years experience in the same fields.
- Excellent in computer skills such Microsoft Office and good command in English (oral and written).
- Having knowledge in SAP or other similar ERP application and in charge of logistic related module (MM) would be an advantage.
- Well organized & willing to work in a team.
- Result and process oriented. Good leadership, communication and analytical skills.
Temporary Customer Service, Code : TCS ( Based in Surabaya )
Responsibility :
- Responsible for all customer relation, customer retention and provide services which customer need it and handling customer order, stock information, product , delivery , increase level of customer satisfaction and complaint handling.
- Communication collaboration among sales and logistic department to increase of level of satisfaction of distribution.
Qualification :
- Diploma or Degree in administration or communication.
- Having experience minimal 1 year as a customer service or administration.
- Good analytical skills.
- Having good knowledge in administration and communication.
- Able to operate computer mainly in MS. Office (excel) .
- Able to communicate in English.
