Training and Recruitment Coordinator
Responsibilities :
- Mainly responsible in handling training and recruitment for PT HINDOLI (A Cargill Company) in Sungai Lilin Musi Banyuasin South Sumatra.
- Requirements :
- S1 graduate of Psychology (most preferably) or Social Sciences
- Minimum of 3-years experience in this position
- Able to set up Annual Training Program (External and In-House Training), Training Need Analysis and Trainning Evaluation Activity.
- Fluency in Speaking and Writing in English is must
- Willing to be located at the job site
- Willing to work overtime and high responsibility
