Project Communication Manager (Code: STP)

Requirements:

• A minimum of Bachelor degree in Communications, Business Administration or other Sciences related to Oil and Gas Industry
• 10+ years experience in the Oil and Gas industry with at least 6 years in the areas of management or public communication. Managing all activities related to stakeholder management and communication in the project management processes; managing the establishment of project communication strategy and identification of communication needs and establishment of corresponding communication management/plans; managing the coordination of the building of project information data base and the process of designing and the communication addressed for different communication needs

Quality Management System Coordinator (Code: PRJ)

Requirements:

• A minimum of Bachelor degree in Communications, Business Administration or other Sciences related to Oil and Gas Industry
• 10+ years experience in Multinational Company and at least 8 years experience in QMS system. Developing monitoring and maintaining QMS training program during project development and operational phase; Providing assistance to QA/QC Manager for developing ISO 9001 system and procedures; setting up and maintaining control and documentation system within QA/QC Department and liaise with Project Document Control Lead for implementation of documented quality system; Contributing to the preparation and executing quality program within QA/QC department and assisting in making awareness training program and implementation of Quality Management System/ISO 9001;Coordinating and communicating the audit program as well as maintaining audit record to demonstration the implementation of audit program; Monitoring, reviewing and improving the audit program; Maintaining the Audit Findings Register, follow up findings and close out actions; Working closely with Quality Assurance/Quality Control Engineer in developing and establish quality procedure for ISO 9001 implementation; Liaising with other related department within project and corporate management to ensure appropriate Quality Management System are identified and implemented within organization; Liaising with Corporate Human Resources Manager to strengthen the training and/or awareness program related to Quality Program
• Must have experience in managerial level and 5 years experience in developing training program related to QMS/ISO 9001 and/or 14001

Instrument & Control System Engineer (Code: FCL)

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering and/or Chemical Engineering especially in disciplines related to Oil and Gas facility engineering
• 5+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas FEED/EPC project engineering/management with at least 3 years in the areas of instrument & control system engineering for onshore and offshore projects and not limited to providing expertise for instrument &control system engineering in the FLNG project engineering during the FEED and EPC phases; ensuring compliance and/or alignment to the design philosophy, methodologies and approaches for the FLNG project; ensuring the deliverables related to instrument & control system engineering during the FEED and EPC phases; contributing expertise in the project economics of the instrument & control system engineering; providing expertise in the planning, cost and risk management processes of instrument & control system engineering; providing expertise related to instrument & control system engineering in the selection of FEED contractors,; FEED Contractors' performance assurance/assessment; handling the documentation and project progress reporting for instrument & control system engineering; assuring design alignment/compliance to Facility HSE policies and Safety Standards; taking part in the interfacing processes related to instrument & control system engineering such as change management processes, change process communication, and conflict resolution processes

Sr. Process Engineer – Process (Code: FCL)

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Process Engineering especially in disciplines related to LNG and/or offshore facility engineering
• 7+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas FEED/EPC project engineering/management with at least 4 years in the areas of onshore LNG and offshore gas processing facility projects and not limited to providing high level process engineering expertise in the FLNG project engineering during the FEED and EPC phases; compliance to design philosophy, policies and guidelines; process engineering technical integrity and quality assurance, process design and local content assessment; contributing expertise in the project economics of the process engineering; providing senior expertise in the planning process of process engineering - including cost planning and QRA/Safety studies; providing expertise related to process engineering in the selection of FEED contractors, FEED Contractors' performance assurance/ assessment; handling the documentation and project progress reporting for process engineering; providing technical guidance and taking part in the interfacing processes related to process engineering

Sr. Process Engineer – Utility (Offsite) (Code: FCL)

• Bachelor Degree in Process Engineering especially in disciplines related to LNG and/or offshore facility engineering
• 7+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas FEED/EPC project engineering/management with at least 4 years in the areas of onshore LNG and off shore processing facility (utility/offsite) projects and not limited to providing high level process engineering expertise in the FLNG project engineering for the development of Masela Asset during the FEED and EPC phases; handling the process engineering - utility/offsite - works, ensure compliance and/or alignment to the design philosophy, methodologies and approaches for the FLNG project- engineering; ensuring the deliverables related to process engineering - utility/offsite - during the FEED and EPC phases; contribute expertise in the project economics of the process engineering - utility/offsite – projects; providing expertise related to process engineering in the selection of FEED contractors, FEED Contractors' performance assurance/ assessment; handling the documentation and project progress reporting for process engineering; providing technical guidance and taking part in the interfacing processes related to process engineering projects – utility/offsite

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering especially in disciplines related to offshore and/or LNG facility engineering
• 9+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas FEED/EPC project engineering/management with at least 6 years in the areas of project coordination and not limited to assuring the coordination, supervision and assessment of FEED Contractors' works; providing assistance to Head of Project Coordination in coordinating the selection of FEED contractors in the FLNG project for the development of Masela Asset; supervising FEED contractors' work and handling project progress monitoring and evaluate their performance

Petroleum Engineer (Code: SSD)

Requirements:

• A minimum of Bachelor Degree in science and/or engineering related to subsurface data processing and management from reputable University
• 4+ years with at least 2 years in the Oil and Gas industry in the areas of subsurface data processing, management and not limited to providing basic Petroleum Engineering expertise in the process of petroleum / reservoir engineering data gathering and analysis, reservoir surveillance monitoring plans; defining well completion requirements; providing basic petroleum engineering expertise in the management of interface issues with drilling /SURF/facilities for basis of design determination
• Fluency in English both spoken and written

Geologist (Code: EXP)

• A minimum of Bachelor Degree in Earth Sciences from reputable University, or studies related to Oil and Gas Industry
• 4+ years with at least 2 years in the Oil and Gas industry in the areas of exploration to conduct G&G analyses of exploration data; making geological models and scenarios for asset development; supporting in the setting up of data acquisition strategy; building and maintenance of exploration data base; providing basic expertise in the process of generating asset development models and asset business development scenarios to support the organization's efforts in asset sourcing, acquisition/divestment

• 10+ years with at least 5 years in the Oil and Gas industry in the area of project management and/or services; providing senior expertise and supervising the planning team in setting up the project planning guidelines, project schedules, project plan creation, project schedule monitoring and project report

• 4+ years with at least 2 years in the Oil and Gas industry in the area of project management and/or services; providing expertise in establishing project cost estimating process and setting up the project schedules; providing expertise in the structuring of budget/expenditure profiles, risk and sensitivity assessment on cost profiles, calculating the earned value and estimated final cost

Drilling Procurement Specialist (Code: DRL)

Requirements:

• A minimum of Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other Engineering Sciences.
• 4+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry with at least 2 years in the Drilling Operation support and not limited to arranging and supervising materials mobilization/demobilization, crew change movement, drilling tendering processes, logistic support management
• Fluency in English both spoken and written
• Computer Literacy. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Familiarization with SAP is an advantage

Completion Engineer (Code: DRL)

Requirements:

• A minimum of Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other Engineering Sciences
• 4+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry with at least 2 years in the HP/HT completion design and not limited to establishing standards for completion operations, and risk management; conducting completion studies; creating optimized completion running and testing procedures as required by the Asset Management, assuring the job quality of the well construction team.

IT Service Manager (Code: PRJ)

• 10+ years with at least 5 years in the Oil and Gas industry (especially LNG business) - in the area of Information Technology. Managing the IT Service team in the assessment and selection of current and future IT infrastructure and business applications needs for the LNG project and other INPEX Indonesia operations; Managing the selection, procurement or lease agreement, and installation of specific Project Management and/or Petro-technical IT support systems; Managing the maintenance of all IT infrastructure system and business applications to Operating Units in the INPEX Indonesia operations.
