Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is a Self Regulatory Organization (SRO), which acts as a facilitator in the development of capital markets in Indonesia, with a vision To be a Competitive Stock Exchange with World-Class Credibility. In order to support business operations and development of the capital markets in Indonesia, we are looking for professionals who are competent and interested in developing themselves in the field of capital markets for the position:

The capital market in Indonesia has actually exist long before the Independence of Indonesia. The first stock exchange in Indonesia was established on 1912 in Batavia during the Dutch colonial era. At that time, the Exchange was established for the interest of the Dutch East Indies (VOC).

During those era, the capital market grew gradually, and even became inactive for a period of time due to various conditions, such as the World War I and II, power transition from the Dutch government to Indonesian government, etc.

Indonesian government reactivated its capital market in 1977, and it grew rapidly ever since, along with the support of incentives and regulations issued by the government.

Staff Quality Assurance (OQA)
(DKI Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

  • Implement monitoring and evaluation of development activities, repair and assessment system to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System applicable, and ensure the continuous improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the Quality Management System


Requirements:

  • Male / Female, maximum 28 years
  • S1 Computer Science / Information Technology with GPA min 3.00 (scale of 4)
  • Have the knowledge or expertise Regarding System Development Lifecycle, IT Quality Assurance, IT Governance and IT Project Management Framework
  • Having experience min. 2 years in the field of System Development or related to the task of monitoring and evaluation activities of development, improvement and assessment system


Staf Kesekretariatan
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for preparing, executing and evaluating the administrative system and develop guidelines for corporate reporting, corporate records administering, coordinating management-level meetings, and report on corporate activities to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Age max. 30 years
  • Min. S1 Library (Library Management) with GPA min 3.00 (scale of 4)
  • Freshgraduate from reputable State University
  • Interest in administration and documentation system
  • Have the ability to design applications (Corel Draw, Adobe, etc.)
  • Orientation to the data and detailed information, updates, and accurately
  • Have knowledge of the Indonesian capital market
  • Having good communication skills
  • Look attractive
  • Required skill (s): Office, Filing & Documentation System.
  • Preferred skill (s): Design Application (corel, adobe, etc).


Capital Markets Information Center (PIPM)- Trainer
(Aceh, Medan, Pontianak, Balikpapan, Makassar, etc)
Responsibilities:

  • Provide capital markets information to stakeholder in specified area by conducting public education events (as a trainer) and maintain good relationship with all stakeholders (government, business alliances, universities, investors, potential investors, public companies).


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): capital market, presentation skill.
  • Preferred skill(s): event organizer.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Preferred language(s): Chinese.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent. Job role in Stockbroking or Investor Relations.

Head of Capital Markets Information Center (PIPM)
(Aceh, Medan, Pontianak, Bandung)
Responsibilities:

  • Provide capital markets information to stakeholder in specified area by conducting public education events, maintain good relationship with all stakeholders (government, business alliances, universities, investors, potential investors, public companies), and supervise all operational office in the area.


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): capital market, presentation skill.
  • Preferred skill(s): event organizer.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Preferred language(s): Chinese.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent. Job role in Stockbroking or Investor Relations.

Product Development Manager (M-PGU)
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to develop capital markets products including existing products or new ones from conceptual design until final product in order to support Indonesia capital markets development.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): capital market product.
  • Preferred skill(s): research.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent. Job role in Funds Management/Investment or Equity/Stock analysis.
