Sales Manager BIL (Business Installment Loan)
(Jawa Tengah - Semarang)
Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring BIL (Business Installment Loan) sales meet the target by
  • Maintain quality and productivity Direct Sales force.
  • Review performance on the respective sales center every month.
  • Daily monitoring on application process and stages.
  • To ensure that internal policy & procedure has properly implemented to prevent fraud by: reviewing, monitoring incoming application, update product procedure, and policies of application regularly between sales team, sales screening unit and Recruitment & Training unit.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Semarang.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
  • Full-Time positions available.
  • Required skill(s): selling skills, presentation skill, negotiation skill, Excellent Leadership skill.

Relationship Manager Lending Syariah
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Melakukan proses akuisisi nasabah baru SME syariah, maintain terhadap nasabah tsb,
  • cross selling product syariah lain untuk meningkatkan revenue agar dapat mencapai target financial
  • memberikan pelayanan yang prima kepada nasabah tanpa mengabaikan kebijakan, petunjuk, sistem prosedur yang telah ditetapkan Bank.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Having good knowledge in SME/Commercial banking product, esp Syariah Product. .
  • Hands on experience in developing credit proposal
