Call Center

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, including dispatching of pick-ups and service information

Requirements:

  • Male/Female
  • Minimum D3 certificate or equivalent
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply or min. 1 year experience in a customer service environment
  • Above average general office skills, including typing and filing
  • Strong written and oral (telephone) communication skills in both local and English languages
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work variable shifts based on business needs
  • Computer literate
  • Emotionally mature
  • Ready to join on immediately



Account Manager (Sales Field)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop customer relationships and perform an accomplished level of sales responsibilities to build the  customer base, achieve revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): Communication Skill, Sales Skill, Result Oriented, Underpressure Handled.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
  • 4 Full-Time positions available.
  • Have own car is a must
