QC SUPERVISOR
POSITION PURPOSE
- Supervise quality control department, which has primary function to ensure PTMI products, comply with Mattel quality standard and safety with goal to achieve the most efficient and reliable product.
- Ensure that all product produced comply with Mattel quality and safety standard and customer expectation are meet or exceeded.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AREA
- Supervise quality control system applied on every production process.
- Verify quality inspection system documents
- Coordinate with other department on doing corrective action for critical issue
- Supervise daily activity of Leaders and Quality Inspectors
POSITION REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Engineering or science with min GPA > 3.00
- Have min 1 year experience in manufacturing company

TOOLING ENGINEER
Position Purpose
- Develop and provide injection molding tool to support development stage through production stage.
Position Requirement
- D3 in Drafting & Designing or Tool Making
- Experience min 2-3 year in manufacturing plant in the same position
- Tool making, Tool Design, Auto CAD and Pro-E
- Proactive, open minded, problem solver and team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both oral and written English
- Willing to work in Cikarang – Bekasi
ASCOCIATE ACCOUNTANT (ASCT –ACC)
Responsible for Mattel financial activities, maintaining General Ledger, assist in maintaining closing activities, and compile data for Head Quarter reporting.
Key accountabilities area
- Assists staff advances tracking and Reconciliation
- MTI Costing Analysis
- Assist treasury supervisor to prepared Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare payment transfer for MTI AP transaction through Electronic Banking
Position Requirement
- University degree majoring in accounting
- 2 – 3 years experience in large companies with voluminous transaction
- Very good accounting knowledge (general accounting)
- Proficiency in multi discipline financial systems
- High degree of accuracy, discipline and integrity
- Good leadership and analytical skills
- Good communication skills (both verbal and writing in English)
- Willing to locate in Cikarang, Bekasi.
QUALITY Engineer
Position Purpose
- Assist related engineers to ensure that all toys comply to standard product specification (Quality standard and Safety) which take into account to cost consciousness, manufacturing ability (create method effectively) to support customer satisfaction.
Key accountabilities area
- Analyze new Toy development on Quality side
- Do analysis & give recommendation on quality issues in production
- Communicate all issues to head quarters
- Release all document related to Quality

- This position requires self-motivated, result-oriented person with good communication and leadership skill to ensure that every project achieves defined goals in quality, schedule and cost. The incumbent is expected to have strong enthusiasm, willingness, flexibility and negotiation skill in dealing with people from different areas in a demanding and dynamic environment
Position Requirement
- Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Industrial Engineer with GPA > 3.00
- Preferable has 1–2 years experience in manufacturing industry, but fresh graduate welcome.
- Technical Competence

- The incumbent must have a basic knowledge on technical competencies in production process, general maintenance equipment and safety
- The incumbent must posses an advance level on technical competencies in product development

Environment Health & Safety Engineer (EHS)
Position Purpose
- To monitor, review and establish preventive actions procedures related to employees Health and Safety during working hours.
- To maintain implementation of company’s EHS Management System to comply with EHS/GMP Standards.
Key Accountability Areas
- Conduct EHS/ workplace safety audits.
- Conduct EHS trainings to improve employee awareness
- Develop EHS procedures, Work instructions, Guidelines
- Conduct job Safety Analysis / Hazard Assessment
- Communicate with internal, governments & external parties for EHS Subjects.
Position Requirement
- Formal Educational Level : Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Health & Safety / Engineering / Science
- Working Experience : 1 - 2 years in same field of work
- Technical Competence: Leadership and problem solving skill
- Holding Certified Safety Officer ( AK3 ) is preferable
Senior Supervisor Packaging
Key Accountability Areas
- Translate or interprets Shipping Instruction to provide information for production
- Coordinate development new master carton specification with packaging vendors
- Coordinate local label development with label printing vendors to support production
Requirement
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent from Engineering background
- Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in packaging manufacturing
- Basic understanding of color separation, paper classification and printing process
- Must be able to speak English
- Has leadership and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proactive and results oriented
- Located in Cikarang, Bekasi
Audio Video Officer
Key Accountability Area
- Record still and motion footage of all company activities and create an overall as well as separate company activity documentation.
- Create storyboard, drafting storyboard to get video editing frameworks.
- Writing narration before taking pictures to ensure the picture is recorded as per scenario.
- Selecting musical background for video illustration to emphasize the communication message.
- Directing people on video making process to ensure the video has taken as per the scenario.
- Editing video to ensure video communication package is provided on time.
- Creating a playlist of promotions required to be played back during break times.
- Release internal information by AV media to ensure all employees get informed.
Requirement
- S1/D3 in communication and/or cinematography
- Has minimum of 2 year’s relevant working experience in audio visual use background.
- Good relationship with manpower source
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Having Leadership Competencies
- Willing to be located in Cikarang, Bekasi.
Master PLANNER
Requirements:
- Formal Educational Level : S1 in Industrial Engineering, with min GPA 3.0
- Covering Basic Manufacturing Principles, Inventory Management, and Capacity Planning Principles.
- Working Experience: 2 years in production planning/material planning, but fresh graduate are welcome
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both oral and written (English) to deal among departments, Business Planning, and other marketing affiliates
- Excellent skill and knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Can work under pressure, proactive and team oriented
