Accounts Payable Staff

Responsibilities:
- Receiving invoices from both PO and Non PO from both external and internal
- Checking completeness of invoices in accordance with the procedures for receiving invoices
- Inform the supplier if there is a problem with the completeness of the invoice to ensure that all billing is correct
- Inputting the received invoices to Oracle Payables
- Preparing the completeness of the invoice for payment processing in accordance with a predefined schedule
- Create and update a summary of the report relating to the payment of Payroll

Responsibilities:
- Create an analysis report leak appears (visible) and do not appear (invisible)
