Responsibilities :

  • To promote, sell and develop service offers activity to all market segments
  • To reach target of order sales
  • To maintain and improve customer satisfaction through offering services activity
  • To fulfill customer installed base (over quota)


Requirements :

  • S1 Electrical Engineering/ min. D3 Electrical Engineering with experience in related area
  • Exp. min 2 years, but fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Good skill in Schneider product knowledge, application system, technical knowledge, negotiation, and customer relationship
  • Good knowledge in competitor product’s and  specific application of industry
  • Able to communicate in English and Computer literate.
  • Will be placed in Surabaya.


ASS. MANAGER SALES SERVICE (AMSS)
(Surabaya)
Responsibilities :

  • To manage and motivate sales services engineers in selling services activity in order to reach annual order services target (coordination with all branches)
  • To fulfill services order achievement at the end of the year towards the target

Requirements :

  • Graduated from S1 Electrical Engineering majoring in Power.
  • Minimum 5 years experiences as sales in the same field.
  • Able to communicate in English and Computer literate.
  • Fast learning, good analytical skill & posses strong drive.
  • Able to work under pressure, good teamwork.
  • Will be placed in Surabaya.

Inside Sales Representative - Service & HBN
Responsibilities :
This position would support the Service Sales Manager in identifying, mining and preparing installed base job quotation and providing sales support to the Sales Manager to achieve the targeted sales revenue and growth goals.
The person is also responsible to manage and ensure the installed base are updated with newly installed components / services and assists with activities associated with the assigned distribution and reseller accounts including administrative activities related to channel marketing.
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree Holder in Electronics or Electrical
Min. 2 -3 years sales administration or customer service experience
Customer service skills (telephone, problem-solving and resolving complaints)
Good verbal communication skills; able to communicate to all levels, both internal and external customers
Proficient in MS office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Able to work independently
Self-motivated and possess the ability to multi-task
Strong organising skills is a must
Experience in IT or related industry is advantage
Experience in using Siebel and Oracle Applications is advantage
To be assigned at Jakarta office
