Located in Bandung, West Java with 695 employees (on March 2009), PT. INTI (Indonesian Telecommunication Industry) has involved in telecommunication business for 35 years. INTI main customers includes "The Big Four" Indonesian telecommunication operators; Telkom, Indosat, Telkomsel and XL.

Since the growth of convergence technology trends between telecommunication technology and information technology (IT), INTI has transformed it business orientation from pure manufacturing based industry to be system solution based industry, especially in the information and communication system and technology integration area.

At the last two years INTI gives the solution for fix and celullar network and developes new products such as IP PBX, NMS (Network Management System), SLIMS (Subscriber Line Management System), NGN Server, VMS (Video Messaging System), GPA (General Purpose Agent, SNMP based control and monnitoring tools), Interface Monitoring System for CDMA network and Disaster Forecasting and Warning System.

1. Code A: IT Engineer & Network Solution
Planning, coordinating and controlling the activities of technical support for IT projects and network infrastructure both fixed and mobile telecommunications, which include technical proposals, product brochures, surveys, design and preparation of BoQ for these products.

2. Code B: Partner Management Support
Planning, coordinating and controlling activities associated with managing partners, to evaluate the partners and seek new partners.

3. Code C: Commercial Pricing Manager
Leads the activities of the analysis / commercial pricing of products (both goods and services) on pre-sales activities and financing and financial risk mitigation projects to achieve corporate profit targets, create / arrange the structure offers a creative and innovative pricing to a business model that will be offered to customer.

4. Code D: Hardware Developer
Planning, executing and controlling activities associated with the activity of making the application hardware and / or embedded systems, including capturing customer needs and pour in the User Requirement document, perform hardware design (schematics and PCB) and embedded systems firmware and pour in the design documents, design specifications tests and perform tests on the system.

5. Code E: Software Developer
Planning, executing and controlling activities associated with the activity of making real-time software applications, covering customer needs capture and pour in the User Requirement document, perform software design and pour in the design documents, designing test specifications and perform tests on the system.

6. Code F: Software / Database Engineer
Planning, implementing and controlling the activities associated with manufacturing activities, especially Java software applications and / or PHP, and Oracle 10g databases, including the capture and translate customer needs in the User Requirement document, perform software and database design, studying the existing system, and poured Design documents, designing test specifications and perform tests on the system.

7. Code G: Network Specialist
Planning, executing and controlling activities associated with the activity of making network infrastructure solutions and integration, including customer requirements capture and pour in the User Requirement document, doing infrastructure design and network integration and pour in the design documents, designing test specifications and perform tests on the system.

8. Code H: Repair Engineer
Planning, implementing and controlling the activities associated with electronic device repair activities, including reading and analyzing electronic circuits, a series of re-engineering and reverse engineering tools.

9. Code I: Production Engineer
Plan, coordinate, and control the production processes of telecommunications equipment, including process analysis, work methods, materials and product quality, as well as re-engineering of products and production processes.

10. Code A: Testing / Quality Engineer
Plan, coordinate, and control the quality management for production activities ranging from component selection to final testing, inspection, repair and improvement of the quality of a production process.

11. Code K: Project Technical Support Engineer
Carry out activities related to the activities of technical support of mobile telecommunications projects, including survey work, manage and pour the results in design, technical drawing and a report and present it, and help solving problems, especially related to design.

12. Code L: Outdoor / Indoor Plant Site Support Engineer
Plan, coordinate, implement and control the activities associated with the activities of technical support for mobile telecommunications projects, including survey work, manage and translate the results in design, technical drawing and a report and present it, and help solving problems, especially related to design.

13. Code N: Project Planner
Plan and coordinate activities associated with projects fixed telecommunications networks, including penusunan schedules, resource planning, planning and implementation of monitoring, recording and analysis of project progress.

14. Code O: Outdoor / Indoor Plant Project Site Supervisor
Implement monitoring and control for project implementation in accordance with the design, schedule, quality and budget has been established, reporting project progress, coordinate and supervise the work of partners.



General Requirements

  • Having a good academic achievement in college who has a good reputation, good universities, accredited private at least B, as well as foreign universities.
  • Able to communicate in English both oral and written.
  • Having a strong leadership base, capable of leading the team, at least in the meeting.
  • Having a sense of confidence and good communication skills, so it can build relationships, present ideas, and searching for information related to his work.
  • Ability to work in teams, cooperative and able to make active efforts in adapting to respect the norms of the organization.
  • Able to show more effort and work hard with a customer-oriented (Customer Service Orientation).
  • Have the analytical skills and problem solving (problem solving), and the willingness to always learn new things.
  • Young, energetic and have high mobility, ready for any time traveling out of town.
  • Willing to sign the employment contract for a maximum of 2 years and the Statement on Conflict of Interest if it fulfills the requirements and pass the selection phase, and may be appointed as permanent employees if the company meets the terms and conditions thereafter.
