Currently we are looking for best candidates to fill following positions:

SALES DISTRIBUTOR COORDINATOR (SDC)
Responsibility:

  • To develop and maintain Distributor and Authorized Shops
  • To monitor activities of Distributor/Authorized Shops in diffuse market
  • To responsible for achieving the Distributors Target
  • Requirements:
  • Min.  S1 in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with +/- 2 years experiences in the relevant / same business with Schneider
  • Exp. 2 years on projects Sales and Distribution Channel or similar experience
  • Understand purchase contract, trading and commercial terms, buying behavior of distributors and shop
  • Good skill in technical knowledge and English language


SALES ENGINEER (SE) (Surabaya)
Responsibility:

  • Responsible to maintain & develop present and new customer, to promote and sell Schneider Power solution, understand customers’ requirements and convert to Schneider solution and provide technical solution based on their needs. Candidate must possess strong drive to achieve sales target.
  • Selected engineers will be responsible to cover Power Segment or Building Segment or Industry Segment.


Requirements:

  • Graduated from Electrical Engineering majoring in Power or Control from reputable University S1 Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years experiences.
  • Good active and passive English and Computer literate.
  • Fast learning, good analytical skill & posses strong drive.
  • Able to work under pressure, good teamwork.
  • Knowledge on previous exposure of Schneider products in Medium & Low Voltage is considered.
  • Work based on KPI (number of offers and orders).
  • Will be placed in Surabaya


BUILDING SYSTEM ENGINEER (BSE)
Responsibility:

  • Develop full system of BMS, Access Control System, CCTV systems as per Project Requirement (Design, Programming, Graphic, Troubleshooting, Commisioning, Training, Maintenance/service)
  • Provide intensive and continuous full support for Engineering Sub Contractor (Training and technical support)


Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (Control or Instrument)
  • 3 years experience in automation/control company (ladder programming, HMI graphic development, hardware/software troubleshooting, commisioning, service and maintenance)
  • Understand and knows mostly all aspects of HVAC process
  • Understanding culture and behavior of a PEC company business
  • Able to develop design and solution for customer requirement related with automation system
  • Able to communicate in English and Computer literate.


Receptionist (RGA)
Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, consumers, telephone calls and messages, as well as a variety of clerical works


Requirements:

  • Min diploma degree from any disciplines
  • Experienced min 1 year as a Receptionist or in a customer service role
  • Experience in a corporate office environment
  • Familiar with office machines & systems (telephone system, fax, scanner, printer, & internet)
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in English (oral & written)
  • Basic computer skill (MS Office)
  • Able to multitask and to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Jakarta  based



General Affairs Supervisor (GAS)
Responsibility:

  • Handling general affairs services eg. office equipment distribution, office machines installation & maintenance, office renovation, office inventory management,  and non-staff supervision (Office Boy, Receptionist, and Cleaning Service).
  • Dealing with building management, banks, constructors, office equipment suppliers, and office machines sales agents
  • Developing and socializing GA policies.
  • Ensure the whole GA operation is under the standardized procedure.
  • Keeping good relationship with all departments in building and improving the level of GA services.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from Economy, Engineering, Administration or other social sciences
  • Experienced 2 - 3 years in the same position.
  • Familiar with licensing regulation
  • Good knowledge in construction & building management
  • Proficiency in English (oral & written)
  • Strong in computer literate (MS Office)
  • Jakarta  based
