General Affair Coordinator

- Assist Personnel Manager by manage and improve activities of general affairs section in order to achieve high quality of service, efficient service, and effectively accomplishing the tasks, including : industrial relation, company security, health insurance, transportation, canteen, gardening, cleaning service, projects.
Requirements:

SAP FICO SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:
Assist SAP Manager of PT Ecco Indonesia by being the single point of contact for SAP local and global users requiring support within SAP FICO area, such as
1. Able to efficiently trouble-shoot problems reported by the users.
3. Able to set-up andexecute User Acceptance Testing scripts, programs, agenda’s and/or any other matters required to successfully test & deliver the solution.
4. Conducting user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
5. Provide day-to-day support on the FICO incidents.
Requirements:
- Minimun Bachelor Degree (S1) with Major in Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accounting, or equivalent.
- With experience in the same position as SAP FICO Supporter, SAP FICO Consultant with at least one full life-cycle implementation.
- Must have a good knowledge in SAP/FICO module (ex: configuration/Customizing ) and good communication with users, specially on supporting users (training, troubleshooting).
- Must have experience within an international and/or multinational fast paced environment.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Able to workunder pressure.
- Good English language communication skill is a must.
