Product Marketing Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
  • Responsible for specific product marketing, advertising, promotional and related activities
  • Evaluates customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan changes as needed


Requirements:

  • Master degree from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Has more than 2 years experience as specialized in Brand/Product Marketing, Sales or PR (Communication). Preferable from Automotive industry.
  • Single, 28-40 years old.
  • Has out of the box creativity.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Has big interest in automotive.
  • Has good presentation skill.
  • Has high analysis skill, numerical ability, logic of verbal, good perspective, and more on accuracy.
  • Has good negotiation & interpersonal skill, communicative, and able to work in team.
  • Fast learner, hard worker, can work under pressure, available to work overtime, and willing to travel.


Field Representative Supervisor
Responsibilities:

  • Dealer Biz Planning.
  • Monitor dealer performance on RO and Part business.
  • Dealer standard (AS-DOS, etc).
  • Program implementation monitoring (service marketing, CS program, etc).
  • Workshop layout and vehicle flow in service.
  • Other specific program needed by each dealer.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00.
  • Male, Single, Age 30-35 years old.
  • Has more than 2 years experience in the same related fields.
  • Have strong analytical thinking, numerical ability, logic of verbal, good perspective, and more on accuracy.
  • Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written).
  • Have good communication skill, interpersonal skill and able to work in a team.
  • Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, available work overtime, hard working, and willing to travel, and has enthusiasm in automotive.


Stamping Engineer Staff
Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00.
  • Preferably have 1-3 years experience from manufacturing related to automotive business.
  • Male, 22-25 years old.
  • Fluent in English (both oral and written).
  • Basically understand process knowledge of stamping process.
  • Familiar with Quality specification in stamping process.
  • High capability to do problem solving and countermeasure.
  • Understand about basic Dies structure and press mechanism.
  • Familiar with ISO/TS 16949.


Payroll Staff (outsource for 3 months only)
Responsibilities:

  • To handle payroll supporting activities, such as checking medical claim, absence, overtime, cooperation.
  • Create supporting document for welfare payment, such as condolences, marriage, etc.
  • Doing job related personnel matters such as making employment confirmation letter.
  • Input in HRIS system for new employee data and change employee data.


Requirements:

  • Diploma degree from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Has 1 year experience in the same field.
  • Female, 22-26 years old.
  • English: passive.
  • Computer literate and more on accuracy.
  • Hard working, has good interpersonal skill, and communicative.


Supply Chain Management Staff
Responsibilities:

  • Counterpart CPL (Chief Project Logistic) for new model launch
  • Analysis logistic cost and find cost reduction activities
  • Control logistic cost database (OCF, Local cost, etc)
  • Improvement Milkrun concept
  • Cost Control for Milkrun
  • Duty Optimization for Part, Vehicle, SP
  • Control Regulation duty examption


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial Engineering, with GPA minimum 3.00 out of  4.00
  • Has more than 1 years experience in the same related field (supply chain management). Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Single, 24 – 30 years old
  • Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill and able to work in team
  • Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written)
  • Able to operate computer (Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel and Ms. Word)
  • Can work under pressure, willing to travelling and available work overtime
  • Hard and also smart worker
  • Have big interest in automotive
