Responsibilities:
- To manage operation services related to service life-cycle: activation, deactivation, new features introduction
- To manage operation services related to customer life-cycle: new subscription, activation, deactivation
- To manage charging, produce billing and assist finance unit in doing collection
- To manage daily system operation: end-of period process, maintenance, housekeeping and backup
- To manage, define and continously improve SOP for operation activities
Requirements:
