General Administration-Agency Business Development
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in coordinating and preparing administration support for developing agency activity outside Jakarta such as TRF, TEC, and also ETC.
- To assist in ABD (Agency Business Development) budget control.
- Prepare and coordinate ABD national monthly schedule.
- Prepare material, stationery and other training and event equipment.
- Coordinate communication all event in ABD
- To assist in relation for other division / department.
- To help monthly agency and staff event in ABD.
- To assist in maintaining positive team building environment in ABD.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, in Business Administration is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year working experienced in related field.
- Has a good knowledge in Insurance and Banking / Financial institutions industry is an advantage.
- Has a good attention to details and willing to learn and grow.
- Good communication skill, both oral and written in English.
