Administration & Invoicing Supervisor

This position is responsible to supervise all process the administration requirement, such as collect the all document AWB and delivery docket/delivery note for every transaction, assure all transactions are process at billing department for invoicing and to prepare reporting for revenue and accrued.

Cost Control Assistant

Report directly to Cost Control Manager. Special Services Time Critical Assistant

Responsibilities:
Report to Special Services Time Critical Supervisor. This position is responsible for timely generation, accuracy and data completeness of special service operations reporting system to enable special service in analyzing the product. To build good communication during every inbound/outbound transaction and enquiry as well as to provide the customers with accurate information based on their needs, to monitor all critical shipment to ensure the successful proof of delivery and coordinate with special services operation to identify the root causes of any failure occurrence to be resolved, communicated and escalated to respective persons at internal or external parties.
Requirements:
Minimum diploma 3 degree, with a minimum of 2 years experience in similar position, understand of warehousing and storage best practices would be an advantage, customer oriented, good communication skill, good verbal and written English skills and familiarity in using Ms. Office.
