Six years later, XL took an important step by setting up a partnership with Rajawali Group -a shareholder of PT Grahametropolitan Lestari - and three foreign investors
(NYNEX, AIF and Mitsui). Its name was changed to PT Excelcomindo Pratama, with the provisioning of basic telephony services as its core business.
XL commenced commercial operations in 1996, primarily covering Jakarta, Bandung and Surabaya areas. This made XL the first private company in Indonesia to provide
cellular mobile telephony services.
XL is now leading the industry as a cellular telecommunications provider with extensive coverage throughout Indonesia. It provides services for retail customers
and offers business solutions for corporate customers, including voice, data and other value-added mobile telecommunications services. XL operates its network with
GSM 900/DCS 1800 and IMT-2000/3G technologies. XL also holds a Closed Regular Network License, Internet Service Provider (ISP) License, Voice over Internet
Protocol (VoIP) License, and Internet Interconnection Services License (NAP).
Strategic Vendor Partnership, a new strategic unit under Strategic Partnership and Procurement Division (formerly Procurement and Logistic), is developed mainly to drive alignment between XL and strategic partners/major vendors in order to build, maintain, and enhance stronger and more beneficial relationships; and also to constantly create value out of the partnership.
Currently, we are fulfilling the resource who will act as partner to top level management in managing strategic partnership.
Officer Revenue Settlement

Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely settlement to domestic and voip partners (activity includes, daily error monitoring and follow up fixing error occurred in interconnection billing rating, analyzing increase decrease interconnection traffic, etc)
- Perform monthly data exchange with partners
- Perform calculation, reconciliation and dispute settlement with partner
- Perform payment, collection and follow up long outstanding receivables
- Review agreement with partners
Requirements:
- Hold S1 Degree
- Major in Economy - Finance
- Having experience min 2 years
Specific Technical Skills / Hard Skills / Knowledge :
- Good computer skills (ms office, excel , ms word, etc)
- Good communication and negotiation skill

Analyst Revenue Settlement

- Responsibilities:
- Make sure completeness, accurate and timely settlement data by monitoring errors, conducting meeting and also find the solution for fixing the errors
- Analyze reasonable increase/decrease settlement data to all domestic and international partners
- Responsible for involving, payment and collection. This activity include aging monitoring
Alliance with other departments while facing new settlement project, in connection with :
- Agreement
- Potential revenue loss on related settlement project, and other financial issues
- Settlement report
- Settling all settlement related activity, such as finalization volume compare, dispute resolution, etc
- Responsible for settlement with major domestic partners
- As a team leader domestic and international settelement

Head Of Investor Relation

Responsibilities:
- Represent the company as primary contact for investors and analyst.
- Educate and update investors and analysts on the Company's achievement through individual meetings, conference calls, conferences and roadshows
- Ensure the consistency of messages to investors and analysts across all communication materials
- Provide feedback from investors and analysts to be taken in consideration for strategy and management of the Company
- Provide feedback from brokers to know which areas to improve to get their support
- Develop and execute an IR strategy including global IR program, operating plans, and budget
- Create info memos, presentation materials, and press release on quaterly results of the Company and update IR website periodically
- Lead the preparation of the Company's Annual Report
Requirements:
- Excellent interpesonal skills, outgoing personality
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of ability to deliver results, organized, timely, responsible
- Reputable academic qualification, preferably overseas graduate
- Has at least 2 years od experiences in GM position
- Preferably having telecommunication or IT Industry experience
