Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia one of the leading manufactures and distributors of The Coca-Cola Company products in Indonesia, is inviting the right candidate to fill in a challenging position in Information technology area as:

Technical Solutions Specialist – iSeries (TSS)
Accountabilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain technical solutions for business applications in various standard platforms using various standard development tools according to designed specifications and CCA Indonesia development standards.
  • Follow change management disciplines during all application life cycles.
  • Establish, complete and maintain technical documentations of system parameters, program and database specification required to run the implemented business application system. Review of all existing local technical documentation should be performed every 6 months.
  • Test, install, and maintain new programs/object and ensure they are of high quality standards in term of architecture design, performance and system security as the critical components.
  • Perform upgrade and fixes to implemented application system and where applicable, their distribution.
  • Provide documentations of new application/system or changes for Support Service Team to be implemented in Production environment.
  • Provide support, analysis and problem resolution related to applications, program, and database that have been escalated to the group. Establish procedure to prevent problems from re-occurring.
  • Provide after hour support.
  • Work with and provide supervision to external business partner in providing the suitable and reliable solutions in supporting the business requirements.
  • Proactively search for new technology ideas and express those (plans or solutions) clearly and effectively through both oral and written communication to peers and line manager within CCA Indonesia.
  • Continually maintain and improve competence and knowledge for the assigned application(s); keeping abreast of current development and trends in assigned areas of expertise.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationship with other related section/unit within CCA Indonesia to ensure positive collaboration and productive teamwork exist.


Experience and Qualifications

  • The candidate should have minimum 'S1' degree from a reputable university, prefer majoring in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
  • To be a successful candidate for this position, 2 to 3 years experience of AS/400 Programming, iSeries Programming, RPG, RPGLE, CL and CLLE, RPG Developer/Programmer, RPG Consultant would be a minimal acceptable qualification.
  • Experience in development, maintenance and support of standard business applications.
  • Good communication skill both verbal and written in English.
  • Demonstrating  a good common sense in understanding of relevant business issue related to scope of applications.
  • Posses a rich programming/development background.
  • Excellent work management skills in establishing a course of action to accomplish specific goals, planning proper schedule, taking action to monitor processes, tasks or activities, and keeping track of delegated tasks and assignments.
  • Able to maintain stable performance under pressure




RECRUITER - TEMPORARY (RT)
In details, you will be in charge for the following scope of responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and screening talents, both internal and external applicants
  • Ensuring effective and efficient interview practices through preliminary interview processes
  • Arranging all schedules as required for selection activities, from HR Interviews to Offering Session
  • Preparing and distributing ‘Thank You’ letter to those unsuccessful candidates
  • Collecting all the required personal documents from the Candidate’s part
  • Supporting the managers in preparing and processing salary recommendations
  • Processing incoming CVs for the benefits of organization, particularly in keep enriching the talent data bank
  • Acting as the ‘front entrance’ of the new comers, to welcome and introduce the incumbent to the User and the Organization as an overall


Ideally the incumbent would be required to have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in  Psychology or related major from reputable university
  • Having minimum 2 years working experience in related area,  preference will be given to individual with "search"/ headhunting" experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proven high computer skills
  • Core & Leadership Competencies required: Orientation to Excellence, Customer Orientation, Communication & Influencing, Problem Solving, Collaboration and Planning & Executing.
