HR TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT Officer (Kode: HR-D)

Requirement :
Minimum Bachelor Degree in HR Psychology, Management,or related areas from a well known University.
Having minimum of 1  year working experienced in handling Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Career Management preferable in IT industry/services industry.
Good knowledge in developing company competencies, and ensuring successful implementation of competency program.
Experience in conducting job analysis, Balance Score Card and administrating Performance Appraisal
Experience in assisting training and having good knowledge about Training Need Analysis
Fluency in English both written and spoken are must.
Able to handle employee development matters, designing career path of employee to ensure workforce sustainability from within.
Willing to work overtime & under tight timeline
Able to work individually and within a team
Hard working and full dedicated
Be a fast learner, innovative, self motivated and have a result-driven attitude
