Recruitment Executive
Jakarta Raya

To manage end to end recruitment process for staff to junior manager level. Another responsibilities are included but not limited to :

  • Coordinate major recruitment events such as Talent Fair and Campus Activities.
  • Build network and source the best candidates via Job posting, referral, social media, agencies & network.
  • Interview, finalize and select the best candidates for the vacant position.
  • Liaise and coordinate with Hiring Managers.
  • Manage monthly recruitment report & candidates database.
  • Responsible to provide proper orientation for new hires.


  • We are looking for a dynamic professional, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm to met the company goal with the highest level of quality result. The candidates should showing good services orientation, as well as showing strong determination and can do attitude. Another requirement are listed as follow:
  • Bachelor degree or higher from reputable university from any major
  • Having minimum 3 Years experience as a recruiter.
  • Proactive, strong communication skill, dynamic and flexible.
  • Familiar with Interview Techniques.
  • Excellent in English, Proficient with Ms. Office application (mainly in Ms. Excel & Ms. Word).
