SAP Account Manager
Jakarta Raya

  • Responsible for direct sale of enterprise wide SAP solutions.
  • Responsible for identifying and qualifying new prospects, providing product information and coordinating customer demonstrations and proposal development.
  • Carries an annual sales quota with quarterly revenue objectives

Managing the complete SAP sales process including :

  • Vigorously prospecting
  • Understanding market space and growth challenges
  • Presenting SAP solutions to all levels of prospect organization
  • Drive Pre-Sales activities to close leads
  • Leading business term and contract negotiations
  • Closing large and complex relationships – including royalties, services & maintenance
  • Build and manages strong pipeline


  • Bachelors degree in any field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of direct sales experience with ERP Solution
  • Good understanding in ERP solution and Support & Maintenance will be advanced.

CSI SAP Analyst, Functional
Jakarta Raya, Medan (Sumatera Utara)

  • Participate in SAP Implementation or Rollout Project.
  • Interact with the business users in the relevant functional area and understand their. business processes, current pain points and the business requirements.
  • Provide functional expertise to confirm/develop business requirements definition.
  • Provide demo or prototyping of business scenario based on requirements.
  • Perform system configuration, data migration and interface support  as necessary.
  • Perform design of interfaces, conversion programs, reports and enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain systems documentations, including Business Blueprint, Business Process procedures, Functional design specifications, Configuration documents, Process flows, test cases etc.
  • Support development of training material.
  • Defining user authorization requirements.

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field of major.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience as SAP FUNCTIONAL for FICO/MM/SD/PP/PS/PM in ECC6.0.

  • Plan, organize and manage a large team to deliver consulting and system integration (C&SI) services to multiple clients.
  • Plan, organize and manage a large team to deliver operation, support and maintenance (OSM) services to multiple clients.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship and leadership to team leaders and members to build high performance teams.
  • Implement new processes and procedures to significantly improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Responsible for providing support to end users in area of SAP Operations and/or Applications.
