Operation Officer - Merak
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Monitoring daily vessel operational activities
Handling vessel in-out clearance
Ensuring vessel license is well-arranged

Requirements:
Min. Diploma from Maritime Academy
Min. 1year experience in similar position
Age between 23 – 30 years old
Proficiency in English both oral and written
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Good analytical thinking
Detail oriented & well organized
High driven, self motivated and proactive
Willing to be placed at Merak



Manning Staff
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

• Manning vessel with qualified, certified, and medically fit crew
• Maintaining sufficient crew in the pool
• Handling visa arrangement, passport endorsement, seaman book, certificates validity check, crew contract endorsement

Requirements:

• Holding Diploma degree from Maritime Academy
• Min. 1 year experience in similar position
• Male/Female with max 28 years of age
• Good knowledge of shipping, agency, and its regulation
• Wide network in manning
• Proficiency in English both oraland written
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Crew Recruitment & Selection Supervisor
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

• Planning and monitoring Recruitment & Selection Activity
• Process management on R&S Section
• Preparing R&S report, CIS, and others R&S Administration
• General support to company's programme

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Logistic/Transportation, Maritime Studies or equivalent
• Min. 3 years experience in similar position
• Proficiency in English both oral and written
• Good communication skill
• Proactive
• Good analytical skill
• Good understanding in Shipping business
• Good understanding of IMO/MLC
