TALENT MANAGEMENT MANAGER (TM)
Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage, monitor workforce planning process for all business unit, ensure fulfillment & compliance to planning
- Develop, initiate, facilitate, corporate talent management process & maintain critical position bench strength (successor)
- Develop, initiate, facilitate, effective career management guidelines & process
- Manage management level (manager & above) career movement & approval process
- Create/maintain employee on-boarding program for manager & above position
- Managing assessment process for managerial level
- Manage promotional orientation
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university
- A progressive exposure and career movement in Human Capital Management
- Deep understanding of Talent Management concept, process and implementation with proven succesfull implementation/managing the process
- Demonstrate critical competencies in people & work management, leading & managing change, influencing & negotiation skills
