Export-Import Staff
Surabaya (Jawa Timur) - Pandaan
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to handle day to day activities related with Export and Import
- Coordinating with shipping line or forwarding for transportation and delivery
- Collecting and submitting appropriate document (BL, Invoice, original packing list, etc) as requirement for export import to EMKL, Shipment and other related party
- Communicate with transportation, warehouse, sales and custom to monitor the delivery in timely manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor from reputable universty in any major. Minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimal 2 years experience in Export-Import area
- conversant in English, both oral and written
- Able to work in tight deadline
- Thorough, well organized and high attention to detail
- Good paper work
- Willing to be placed in Pandaan
