Responsibilities:

  • Maintain & ensure all business applications /system is running smoothly in order to support company business.
  • Give maximum support to all users & IS team members in term of system / business application.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives

Requirements:

  • Master degree preferable major in Finance or Accounting from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Has more than 2 years experience as specialized in Brand/Product Marketing, Sales or PR (Communication). Preferable from Automotive industry.
  • Single, 28-40 years old.
  • Has knowledge about Budget Control.

IT SPV – Network Administrator
Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user requests for problem/issue troubleshooting & solutions, as well as taking escalation from Helpdesk/IT user support.
  • Ensures all technical issues related with hardware server, PC/laptop, networking devices, and standard software applications are solved within timely manner, Enforce & implement IT Security policy.
  • Coordinates Infrastructure & Technical Support activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and supervise the work of his/her subordinates.
  • Evaluate & suggest appropriate technology and IT products for continuous improvement.
  • Assists in the development and planning for new upgrades, capacity growth, enhancement performance, high availability for all Infrastructure system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or Telecommunication,  with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Male/Female, age minimum 25 maximum 29 years old.
  • Have a good concept and understanding in IT networking (configuration of Cisco Firewall, Router & Switches), Microsoft infrastructure product (Ms. Windows Server 2003, 2008, Active Directory, File Server, ISA server, etc).
  • Has minimum 2 years experiences in Window Server administration & troubleshooting, administering mail server, internet related infrastructures, SQL Server, .Net Framework applications.

  • Organize agents shift schedule effectively to solve customer inquires and complaints promptly
