Industrial Relation Officer (IR)

Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain harmonious relationship to employee, union, tripartite and related governance institutions
Requirements:
- S1 Law, Psychology or Human Resources Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, employee/industrial relation roles is preferable
- Having good relationship with related governance institutions and law firm
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, Employee Relation and Industrial Relation functions, other human resources area are advantages

Requirements:
- D3 - Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent

- S1/S2 Industrial Engineering

Non Food Quality Manager (QM)

Responsibilities:
- Manage quality control processes for hard line and soft line products development, also monitor and maintain selling products quality
Requirements:
- S1/S2 Industrial Engineering
- At least 5 years of working experiences in production or R & D or laboratory or in the field of quality in the industrial/retail/electronics/hard line/soft line sector
- Preferably Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent
- Have knowledge and experience of good manufacturing practices
