RECEPTIONIST - Based in Tangerang ( Code: RC )
Responsibility:

  • Front office activities to support HRD & GA activities, such as : handling incoming and outgoing call, mail distribution, filing, welcoming guest, etc
  • Monitoring and organizing office needs, activities, and maintenance, such as: monitoring and coordinate meeting room availability and office supplies, etc.
  • To support Finance administration at Front Desk, such as: receiving & checking incoming billing from vendors, sending billing to customers, etc.
  • To support HRD & GA administration for meals order, forms and letters, etc.


Qualification:

  • Min. SMA/SMU or equivalent.
  • Diploma in Public Communication, Secretary or Administration would be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in same the same field.
  • Excellent in computer literate, such as: Ms. Office, Windows, and having SAP would be advantage.
  • Active English.
  • Good attitude, personality, communication & administration skills, pro-active, result and process oriented.
  • Good in work planning and organizing.


Trainee for Lighting Specialist, Code: LST (Base in Tangerang)
Program overview:

  • The chosen candidates are prepared to become a qualified lamp maker.
  • The chosen candidates will be train in company’s internal Training Center.
  • The training content will cover on: lamp making process, glass technology, flame setting, mechanical maintenance and engineering and other relevant knowledge and skill relevant to lighting technology.
  • The training program will take 1 year period. And released candidate should give service to the company in 2 years obligation period in the production field.


Qualification:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive or Mechatronics.
  • Having knowledge and skills in mechanical drawing and machine element.
  • Good analytical skills, Technical Process and Mechanical
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Having ISO and LEAN knowledge would be advantage.
  • Having lamp making process would be advantage.
