Occupational Safety & Environment Executive
Key Responsibilities :

  • To establish, maintain and update Environmental & Occupational Safety Management System on country unit level and its best practice processes
  • Implementation of the relevant regulations and requirement such as ISO 14001 on Environmental Program and occupational safety
  • Consultation and support for customers as needed related occupational safety
  • Program Set Up & Implementation pertaining to Environmental & Safety including scheduling and organizing environmental / safety issues

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Public Health / Environmental Engineering / related major with 3 years working experience in Environmental & Occupational Safety management system, max. 35 years old
  • Good knowledge and updated on Laws & Regulations related to Environment & Safety
  • Good skills in presentation, writing documentation, and reporting
  • Good command in English (oral and written) and Computer Literate

Head of International Supply Chain Department
Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate in an effective, efficient and dynamic way with external customers, vendors and carriers. Deliver on agreed service levels.
  • Achieve high level of internal customer service including email correspondence, KPI management and proactive communication to overseas and destination customer management teams.
  • Implement Standard Operating Procedures in conjunction with the Service Delivery and Business Development departments, ASPA in order to meet the individual customers' requirement.
  • Plan the resources in the most cost effective manner but without compromising either service standards, or business growth, and work closely with ASPA management to improve efficiency and productivity in the team..
  • Develop and implement opportunities for VAS (Value Added Services) development.
  • Adhere to ISC internal processes and compliance issues.
  • Manage and develop the team of to deliver on operational KPI's and customer service. Reduce turnover and increase employee engagement.
  • Report to : Managing Director


  • Bachelor / Master Degree in Management or related major.
  • Having 7-10 years experience with a proven record in international supply chain management or related fields.
  • Possesses good English skills and Computer literate.
  • Good understanding of Western and local country cultures.
  • Excellent communication skill and task management.


  • Release cash against payment voucher approved
  • Receive documents from operations  for customer's collections in exchange for payments received
  • Cash keeping and reconcile records/documents Issue VAT invoice
  • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of day to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
  • Report to superior continuously  in  a good time of concurrence within his/her area responsibility


  • Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting, max.30 years old
  • Having minimum 2  years experiences as Cashier, preferably from Forwarding company
  • Computer literate and detail oriented
