The Company is operating 91 tankers with total tonnage of more than 2.08 million DWT and is the largest provider of seaborne transportation of liquid cargoes in Indonesia, one of the largest in the intra-Asian chemical tanker segment, both by tonnage and by number of vessels, and has the third largest sub-20,000 DWT chemical tanker fleet globally.

In 1990, the Company became the first shipping company in Indonesia that listed its shares on Jakarta Stock Exchange and Surabaya Stock Exchange. The company is also listed in Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited starting the third quarter of 2006. Technical Superintendent
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:

  • To prepare/maintain the vessel's budget and control spare parts and others consumable materials
  • To keep and maintain the vessel's condition as Class requirements
  • To take responsibility of the validity of ship's certificates
  • To prepare the dock repair list, get quotation from yards and attending vsl's docking
  • To check and select spare part and store's requisition
  • To monitor and make sure the ISM code implementation and OMI preparation on board
  •  To inspect vessels and maintain updated and accurate inventory list at least 2 times a year
  •  To assist fleet control in general fleet monitoring matters
  • To assist fleet in general repairs, and other relevant ship management matters
  • To visit vessels, vendors, suppliers, dockyards as necessary
  • To assist company in relevant new building vessel 


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree majoring in Marine Chief Engineer (Class 1/ATT1)
  • Min. 3 years experience as Chief Engineer for Tanker/LPG Ocean going vessel with OMI standard
  • Age between 28 - 45 years old
  • Familiar with ISM code and OMI requirements
  • Proficiency in English both spoken & written (Mandarin, Japanese is an advantages)
  • Computer literary
  • Good analytical and logical thinking
  • Strong leadership
  • Willingness to travel abroad
  • High driven, self motivated, & proactive for continues improvement
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill 


Accounting Staff (Batam)
Riau
Responsibilities:

  • Preparing financial report
  • Preparing tax report
  • Journal entry all data
  • Handling disbursement
  • Taking invoice from other party such as port authority or port agent


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree majoring Accounting
  • Proficiency in English both oral and written
  • Computer Literate
  • Good in detail and able to work under tight deadline
  • Preferebly live in Batam
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply


Manning Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Manning vessel with qualified, certified, and medically fit crew
  • Maintaining sufficient crew in the pool
  • Handling visa arrangement, passport endorsement, seaman book, certificates validity check, crew contract endorsement


Requirements:

  • Holding Diploma degree from Maritime Academy
  • Min. 1 year experience in similar position
  • Male/Female with max 28 years of age
  • Good knowledge of shipping, agency, and its regulation
  • Wide network in manning
  • Proficiency in English both oraland written
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills


Operation Staff (Batam)
Riau
Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily vessel operational activities
  • Ensuring vessel has its in-out clearance
  • Ensuring vessel license is well-arranged
  • Filing loading/discharging documents


Requirements:

  • Diploma Degree from Maritime Academy
  • Min. One year experience in relevant field
  • Proficiency in English both oral and written
  • Computer Literate
  • Good in detail
  • Able to work under tight deadline
  • Good communication Skill
  • Able to work in team as well as individual
  • Preferebly live in Batam 


Investor Relation

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing in corporate actions planning and execution
  • Issuance of mandatory reports related with capital market regulations
  • Monitoring the share price of the Company and any news related to the Company or its competitors
  • Analyzing the financial condition of the Company and the industry as a whole
  • Maintaining and developing a good corporate image of the Company
  • Executing CSR programs


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in finance
  • Good knowledge in capital market regulations in Indonesia
