Responsibilities:
- This position will responsible as a Senior Buyer, but not limited tolooking for supplier / vendor, but also to negotiate, run the functions to control daily, weekly and monthly the freshness of products, availability and completeness of the items to be sold in stores and also managing known/unknown shrinkage until a lowest level.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, Fishery, Hospitality form reputable University.
- Experienced minimal 5 years in managing Fresh Food Operation in Div. Meat, Fish, Bakery and RTE (Ready To Eat) from hypermarket class retail industry.
- Shown “Can do Attitude”, good interpersonal skill, analytical thinking, result oriented, composure under pressure and has business insight.
- Negotiation skill and ability to build effective communication skill to maintain working relations with agencies, suppliers and vendors.

- Prefer from Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Management or Human Resources form reputable University.
- Experienced minimal 2 years as Assistant Manager, preferable from retail companies.
- Shown “Can do Attitude”, result oriented, and composure under pressures.
- Have good communication and negotiation skill to interact with supplier or 3rd party.
