Syndication Agency Staff
Jakarta Raya

  • Review and draft syndicated loans agreements and other relevant documents;
  • Communicate with client, lenders and relationship managers;
  • Responsible for agent administrative and operational work;
  • Handle client and lender requests and inquiries relating syndicated loans


  • S1 Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline
  • At least 5 years experience in handling Syndicated loans, including loans documentation and syndication agency tasks
  • Good knowledge of corporate banking and treasury products and services
  • Strong analytical skills and solid track record in developing relationships with Corporate / Financial Institutions clients
  • Familiar with banking operations and related policies, legal and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Well-planned, mature with excellent time management skills
  • Dynamic, willing to take up challenges
  • Self-motivated and possess proactive mindset
