  • Report directly to Purchasing Supervisor. This position is responsible to provide goods and/or services with highest quality, functionality, fit for the purpose, easy to use, and with competitive price, handling purchasing activities including tender process, administration and reporting such as creating Shopping Cart, follow up PO to vendors, maintain PO issued and preparing purchasing monthly reports.


  • Minimum diploma degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in purchasing environment
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Having knowledge in purchasing flow and tender process
  • Good verbal and written English skills, and familiarity in using Ms. Office.
